Wooldridge & Simpson Building Contracts were the build partner for a new development in Oxon for 10 bespoke residential properties, based in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the Charlbury. All 10 properties have reconstituted stone external walls and roof, aluminium windows, doors and rainwater system.

Significantly upgrading safeguarding standards, Derbyshire County Council Construction has recently completed a new reception area at the William Allitt School, incorporating a sliding automatic entrance system from TORMAX. Giving good visibility from the office, staff can easily monitor people and pupils as they come into and leave the building. A grade II listed building, No.7 Savoy Court has been sympathetically refurbished to provide contemporary office space in the heart of London’s West End. Contributing to an elegant and sophisticated façade, TORMAX worked with fabricator, Stewart Fraser to install a Bronze Metal Antique finish entrance screen and set of automatic swing doors to the main entrance. Impeccable aesthetics are maintained thanks to the in-house designed TORMAX iMotion 1401 door operator that is cleverly concealed within the floor space. This Swiss-engineered motor features none of the working parts that tend to need replacing, such as gears and brushes, delivering truly exceptional reliability and minimum maintenance requirements.

TORMAX was recently contracted by Regency Homes Ltd, to install a prestigious 3-wing revolving door system to the main entrance of the restored and refurbished Georgian Manor of Groves hotel. Giving access to a contemporary new reception area, the revolving door system enhances the external façade and is also highly functional, providing clear and easy access for guests whilst also minimising energy costs by reducing heat-loss from the foyer and helping maintain an ambient internal temperature, whatever the weather.
