Kitchen and bathroom wall panel manufacturer, Fibo UK has completed a series of new installation videos demonstrating the benefits of wall panels over traditional tiles. The one and two minute videos show just how quick and easy it is to fit panels and how they can transform refurbishment projects.

The Grade II Listed building located in Manchester City Centre is being refurbished by Quadriga Contracts Ltd as part of the NOMA regeneration scheme to provide Grade A office space, retail and leisure facilities.

Major refurbishment is underway at the Saint-Gobain Weber HQ in Flitwick, Bedfordshire where weberfloor products are being used extensively. The work involves renovation of 240m² of industrial and commercial floor space.

No. 8 Waterloo Place, a fabulous Edwardian building with a Grade II listed Portland stone façade, has recently undergone a full refurbishment including structural reconfiguration to the central core and installation of new HVAC services creating 33,000 sq. ft. of prime speculative office space just off Piccadilly in the St James’ area of London.

Hadrian toilet cubicles starred in the refurbishment of both the ladies and gents washrooms at the Putney Arts Theatre. The theatre is run by a charitable incorporated organisation and the new washrooms had to be good value for money as well as bringing the right dramatic style to the venue. Online research brought them to the Hadrian Cubicles UK website, attracted by the complete choice of a powder coated finish in over 200 RAL colours. The steel construction of the cubicles was also ideal for the typical theatre usage where long, relatively quiet parts of the day are followed by intense activity during performances with very high demand at the start, end and during the intervals.

AET Flexible Space, leading provider of under floor air conditioning systems, is proud to have been part of the phased refurbishment of the historic building at 196 Deansgate in Manchester. Situated in the city centre on what is probably Manchester’s best known streets with close proximity to Spinningfields, the architecturally stunning building has a Grade II listed façade and has attracted significant interest by potential tenants to its 48,000 sq. ft. over five floors of Grade A office space.
