This time announced by Charles, Prince of Wales, on behalf of the Queen, the monologue covered an overhaul of the planning system to allow residents more involvement in local developments, a bill that “will empower leaders to regenerate areas” and an Energy Bill to deliver the transition to cheaper, cleaner and more secure energy.
