Part of a larger rebrand project from the company, the new website was designed to provide a customer-centric user experience as well as a comprehensive and detailed breakdown of the brand’s entire range of MEDITE MDF and SMARTPLY OSB products. Importantly, it unites the previous three individual product websites for ease of navigation and access, which is something customers requested.
With a clean, contemporary design, the website is supported by a custom and dynamic content management system which allows for fresh and relevant content to be uploaded including case studies, news stories, product details and technical information for download. External user testing was carried out to develop a site tailored to customer needs and expectations, allowing distributors and end users to find the solution they need in just a few clicks. This was especially critical in the stockist selector, where ease of location was seen as key.
