Metal parapet cappings, bulkheads, and fascias from Pendock’s Linea building linings range have been used as part of the extensive transformation and repurposing of a former HMRC tax office into Telford’s largest serviced office accommodation.
Bespoke manufactured aluminium bulkheads and fascias provide a decorative and weatherproof finish to the building’s new main entrance canopy while also integrating with its grey support columns.
The same slate grey PPC finish is also used on the flat parapet cappings installed at the top of the building. Manufactured from 2mm thick aluminium they provide a water-resistant barrier for the brickwork along the full length of the wall.
